N.I.A. Kids Center for the Performing Arts

N.I.A. Kids is a non-profit organization that uses the Performing Arts to provide productive activities for youth during the after school and non-school hours. We target middle and high school students, as well as latch key children, in order to take them off the streets after school and place them in productive activities during those critical hours of non-supervision when parents are still at work. One of our goals is to decrease juvenile delinquency and at-risk behaviors by transforming their often unproductive free time into opportunities to participate in enriching and life-changing programs.

Since our inception in 2005, N. I. A. Kids has produced a myriad of outstanding theatrical productions featuring the talents of youth from throughout the southern Dallas County communities. Because N.I.A. Kids is designed to nurture the whole student, our after school programs include Homework Help, Tutoring and Mentoring in addition to the Performing Arts.  For further information regarding N. I. A. Kids, please visit our website at
